Love, love, love this oven. Fits neatly on the counter. Makes great second oven. Only use my big oven when I have two things to bake. Otherwise this is the only oven I use. Also makes great toast

I bought this about four months ago I use it everyday for rewarming food, for baking, for boiling and just about everything just love it

I got this so that my teenage kids wouldn't have to use the oven. Very convenient for them and with the automatic shut off (timer) I don't have to worry about them forgetting food in the oven and burning my house down.

I have THREE FAILED KITCHENAID CONVECTION OVENS.( other models ) "Customer service" offered a big 30% discount (off MSRP ) off this fine unit, now priced 60% more than the failed units. If I pay ( new MSRP - 30% failure discount = more than a new one) This amount is more than MSRP was, on the failed units, and MSRP was not the market value at purchase. Seems to generate a profit on replacing defective or unreliable appliances. This is what Whirlpool considers acceptable customer service? All of my major kitchen appliances are recent KitchenAid purchases, seems I may have made a mistake. BE WARNED. Posted in good faith, ( disclosing the actual numbers would violate posting terms for reviews ) Dave B. customer service file 7726214107 I am available for a better solution should KitchenAid create one.
