i bought this microwave oven about 17 months ago. i just stopped working when i hit start the other day. the whole control panel just went dark. not a reliable oven. no more samsung i guess.

turned off in the middle of reheating food (regular microwave setting) and won’t turn back on again! competely dead after 364 days is ridiculous. loved the size and the functions, but very disappointed in the quality - cheaper models lasted many years and we “upgraded” to this one because of the added features, bigger size than our last, and mirrored front. wish we would’ve kept our old panasonic that was 3 years old and still going strong - it was smaller but at least it worked!

what else can i say...i got two years out of a $230 microwave... the only feature we used was the microwave.

ive had this microwave for a year and a half. i really did love it. being able to cook a pizza in the microwave, heat up crispy fries was awesome. but it just went out on me (turned off in the middle of using the regular microwace function) and will not turn back on. to spend 230$ and only have it work for over a year is absurd. very sad.

This microwave lasted exactly 12 months and 16 days. Then nothing. This microwave was a huge disappoint and I would recommend avoiding it.
