the screen automatically blinks seven and beep's. the light & vent turns on. i starts cooking @ 77:77. i came home today and the vet was on and the microwave was on with the time remaining set for 50 minutes

it’s a very well-made microwave so far i love it they only thing that i will say, should be more user manual i had to go to youtube to find out how to set up the time instructions that came with it they are wrong but i love the color and the features.

Doesn’t work… won’t heat up food, tech has been here 3times to repair it because the magnetron is defective- the part has lifetime warranty but I have to use their tech to repair at a high cost.. price to repair is more than price of new microwave. I trusted the brand and now sit here completely Disappointed Lack of customer service. We’ve had it for 3 years and it worked for maybe half the time.

purchased this microwave less than 2 yrs ago and upgraded all my appliances w samsung, $6,500 worth. microwave broke, tried the recommended repair places and they were both out of business, samsung just shrugged it off, bounced ne around for 3 days, best buy shrugged it off said it was samsung’s issue. this $490 microwave didnt last 2 years! the good one i replaced lasted 17 yrs. tried calling the samsung rep in my area and she wont return my calls. the only color that matches this black-stainless is samsung. ive been done so wrong on this and samsung seems to have no real person with a real solution. baton rouge is the capital city and you dont have an autorized repair shop! give me a break.

i have owned this microwave for 3.5 years. in that time i have had the door replaced twice. it is constantly having buttons phantomly pressed. it will turn the vent on turbo in the middle of the night etc. clearly a product issue as two replacements have not helped and other reviews include it as well.
