Controls on the Door Keep Disappearing every week

I don't understand who designed this garbage which starts failing not even a week after installation. The controls on the door go out and I have to climb up unplug it in order to restore it. Then I have to set time again. EVERY WEEK!! I will be contacting technical support to solve this problem. Whoever designed this should have his or her brain removed!! This is a $1000 CAD microwave!! UNACCEPTABLE!!

Excellent in all aspects, including having the convection option, however the screen began acting up after about a month of use. Also requires you update your location correctly in your profile, otherwise you get UTC time. Currently have a service tech visit scheduled. It may be worth waiting for iteration 2.0.

TouchScreen breaks immediately, otherwise great

Like many others post, the touchscreen frequently goes black, or unresponsive. Must climb up and unplug the unit to restore. We're only on week two, this happens every couple of days, very unhappy! I've already contacted our store for repair. Otherwise, this a great microwave, looks good, cooks well, super quiet.

J'ai acheté ce modèle de micro-onde/convection en mars 2018, après 1 mois de fonctionnement, l'écran touch screen ne fonctionne plus, la lumière sous la hotte n'allume plus. après 6 mois de démarche et 1 remplacement de porte, ils ont finalement remplacé le micro-onde sur garantie, Mais le neuf a recommencé a faire les mèmes problèmes. Vraiment, vraiment déçu de ce modèle
