Very upset with my purchase

I bought this several months ago to put in a new house but didn't really start using it until we moved in about three months ago. The first thing that I noticed it is is noisy. And the upper oven is even noisier than the lower. The second thing I notice is that it DOES NOT cook evenly in either convection or normal. I love to cook and bake and have never had such trouble. A pan of cookies will have burnt cookies and under done cookies on the same pan. My bread will be burnt on one side of the loaf. I am very dissatisfied with this oven. And to think I paid thousands of dollars for this and now I'm stuck with it. Did I get a lemon or do others have this problem?

Purchased thru our contractor for 2013-2014 kitchen remodel. Preheating and cooling down each take at least 20-30 min. If oven door is opened during preheating, the preheating temp goes back down. Not cost effective! Thought we bought a lemon but I see others are having the same issues. Looks good, cooks nicely but the other features are very frustrating and annoying.

I bought this a few weeks ago and it cooks items perfectly. I love the blue interior an the dual lightning, as well as the dual convection bake with 6 racks!! A lifesaver!

I purchased the oven about three months ago. I love the cobalt blue interior which causes light reflection to cause foods to appear natural through the glass. Also love that each oven has a sturdy double slide shelf to make removal of heavier items easier. The convection conversion feature is also great. Love my oven!!
