Lower oven stopped working

I bought this oven 4/21 but it was not delivered until 9/21 due to the pandemic. The oven worked flawlessly until 10/21 when I noticed a metallic smell coming from the oven and a month later the lower oven stopped heating. The upper oven continues to work normally but the ovens demonstrated unreliability does not bode well for its long term usefullness. Despite its great looks I cannot recommend an oven that stops working after a year.

Great features and easy to understand. I initially didnt want to use the double oven because of its designed beauty inside and out. Have enjoyed this double oven since the day it was installed.
