When we redid our kitchen a year we invested in all Fridgidaire Gallery Appliances. After only a year our microwave gives off a burning smell if you put it on for too long and the door release just stopped working 2 days ago. Not worth the money you pay when things only last a year.

Starting to Rust

Purchased the unit about four years ago. It has had minimal use. The bottom of the oven is starting to rust. It has been cleaned per owners manual. Will be suprised if it lasts another four years.

Newly built house. Moved in Jan 12/19. Product had problems right from the start. Replaced under warranty microwave and oven. Further problems as oven wasn’t reaching temperature. Dec 12/19 new element and control box installed. Purchased digital oven thermostat and it seems to be working. I wouldn’t recommend Frigidaire. We will replace next time it dies and is out of warranty. Considering we bought this as a Chef’s package for a very nice kitchen it’s a disappointment.

I've had this product less than 2 months and dearly love them. Much more reliable than my older (20 year old ) combo from another brand. Looking forward to years of reliability.
