The oven and microwave work fine. But whoever programmed the touchscreen has apparently never used an oven before. The interface is so bad as to make whatever good features the oven has pretty much meaningless. The timer alert is too quiet. If you happen to be standing next to the oven, you'll hear it. If you happen to be in the next room, you'll find yourself ordering pizza because whatever you put in the oven is now burning. The appliance is wifi enabled, but I have no idea why. It doesn't pull the date and time off the internet - you have to enter those manually. And it doesn't remember the date/time when the power goes out, so you'll be doing that a lot. There's an app that lets you control the oven from your phone. But, for "safety reasons," the appliance disconnects the app whenever you open one of the doors. So, every time you want to use the app, you have to walk over to the appliance and activate the remote control feature. Of course, that negates the whole purpose of a remote control feature. I have no idea why, but when you punch the button to turn on the oven light, a huge bubble appears on the screen telling you that the light is on. The bubble obscures other controls you need for doing more important things like turning on the oven. And why do I need a bubble telling me that the oven light is on? I just pushed a button to turn it on, and if I'm still in doubt as to what pushing that button did, I can look through the oven glass and see for myself whether the light is on.

Hasn’t worked correctly since we moved in our new home in March 2019. Whirlpool represented states the part is on back order with no date. Not acceptable!!! Screen display goes out and oven will not heat.

We bought this with our Pulte home. Have had it a month. Time and date have to be reset every couple days and now the display is stuck in the demo mode. We went to the demo to try to figure out how to turn off the oven after we were done using it. I have shut the breaker off. It has been off several hours and is still on the demo screen when turned back on. Would be nice to have service on a Sunday to talk to. Can't use the microwave either. Guess we will be eating out! Just too much technology!

This microwave/ wall combo came with new Pulte home. Everyone in new community talks about the same problem. Unit shuts down and won't operate. Then eventually it resets with wrong time and date and starts working until the next time. Had electronic part replaced only to find even more occurrences. These units should be recalled. With our current technology it's hard to understand this type of problem.
