I have owned this range for about 15 months - three months past the warranty date. I started noticing the following issues with the oven temperature about two weeks ago. If I set the oven to 350 degrees, it indicates that the oven is preheated when it is only 275. Once it gets to temperature as measured from an oven thermometer, then it remains at 350. Same with 400 degrees, it indicates that it is preheated at 375, except once it gets to temperature - as measured on an oven thermometer - then it remains at 390 (if you want 400 degrees, you must set it to 410). If you set the temperature to 425 degrees, it tops out at 450.

This is our first electric range/oven. We are still getting used to the cooktop and length of time it takes to heat up a pan. The oven is efficient and cooks very evenly especially on the convection setting.

The oven seems to work well. It's nice to have that fifth "warming center". I also like that it shows you the current temperature when you set it on Bake. There is an indicator light for hot surface when one of the burners is on, but the light doesn't show you which one is hot. Also the cut out clearance for the plug on the backside is very low, I had to move my outlet box down in order to accommodate this oven.

Purchased this Samsung electric range last April. Love the features such as the "warming" and "fast boil" elements, as well as the "bake" and "roast" convection oven that can also normal bake and broil. There's other features, most of which I have not yet used. I purchased a Samsung over-the-range micro (in black to match the oven) and the pair look great together. No regrets.
