this oven is great when it works. we purchased this oven in june of 2016. it worked well for 3/12 years and then started giving us issues. first the fan, which we repaired and now the oven doesn't shut off. i have to turn off the circuit breaker for 2 hours in order for the oven to be cool enough for it to remain off when turning back on the circuit breaker. contacted samsung to show me how to enter into diagnostic mode so i can figure out what part needs replacing. they refused insisting i get a service tech out there. i already pumped in $300 into my previous repair. at some point get rid of the crap and start fresh. this is exactly what i'm doing. buying a different manufacture and getting an extended warranty. i would not recommend this product at all.

First of all, it just looks great! Love the stainless steel. The actual oven size is much bigger than all of the competitors. Love the display, very easy to read and use. Time to cook!

Overall a nice product with good features. Only issue was evidently related to shipping damage to center rack support in the oven. Samsung did not waver on this and has authorized a replacement.

We have had this range a little over a month now. We love the different features of the range and the ease of use. The smooth top is one of our favorite features.
