we purchased this over in December of 2014. I am now in the process of replacing my glass top for the 3rd time. Same front burner keeps cracking. Repair man even told me these ovens were of poor quality. I was lucky enough the second time I had to replace it that it was still covered under the warranty. I'm not sure about this time yet. If I do have to pay the several hundred dollars cost to replace the glass top, believe me, I will be replacing the whole oven and it won't be with another Samsung product.

This is our first brand new appliances. We are in the process of conditioning it as the directions said. I love that the screen shows the current temperature and changes as the temperature changes.

Needed to replace an old electric range. Shopped Lowes and Home Depot, and found this Samsung to be a well-rated upgrade. This model was special-ordered, and came in early! Installation was smooth and easy.

So Far the stove is great. The only problem is that it takes too much finger pressure on the control panel.
