I have had my range for a month - love it! And the oven has the largest window I have ever seen.

I bought this back in November 2016. I was looking for a stove with a big oven and certainly got it with this! My baking for the holidays was much easier and the big meals a snap. I love the look of full grates. My only complaint would be that it would be nice if one of the smaller burners were in the front instead of both of the larger burners in the front but other than that a great stove.

Hot air coming from the vent on right just below the control panel makes the metallic control panel so hot you can hardly touch it; must be a design flaw. Huge grates over the burners are difficult to manage and clean. The light in the oven is nice and bright so you can actually see without opening the door.

I really liked the convection feature on my old EvenAir oven (it baked so fast! and beautifully), so it was a priority to retain that feature when I had to buy a new range. I don't use my oven a lot, so when a few weeks after buying it, it seemed so much longer to preheat (but it was too late to compare to the old model), I asked the dealer how long an oven should reasonably take. They came out and checked it out, and told me it was working fine. But I've started to time it; it requires over 14 min to hit 350. Similarly, convection baking takes even longer than the recipe states for a conventional oven--even for cookies that should be done in under 10 min! So I bought a thermometer to check the temp; today I noticed the thermometer wasn't at the 375 pre-set temp, so I set the oven to 390 to try to hit 375; every time I looked the thermometer read below 350. At the end of baking, I kept the oven on and closed for 30 min, but the thermometer stayed at 350 (40 degrees below where it was set). Last night, I put 4 strips of bacon in as soon as I turned the oven on to 425; as soon as the bacon was cooked, I put it on a pizza (where everything, including the crust, was pre-cooked). It took an hour for the bacon + pizza to be done! I have no concerns with the range, but I'm very disappointed with the oven (particularly since I selected this oven to be fast).

The new range works really well. Surface burners transfer heat evenly. Grill keeps pots and pans flat and stable. Oven heats quickly and maintains constant tempt.
