the control panel freezes , i have on many occasions had to unplug the unit to reset it. also any amount of steam that touches the control panel activates the oven settings.

Don’t use broiler or control panel will melt

as other reviewers have already reported, don’t use the broiler or you will melt your control panel. once warped, buttons won’t work anymore. if it were not for this design flaw, it would have been a fine range.

multiple problems

we've had to have the repairperson fix our stove, purchased in 2018, multiple times. we've had problems with burners and problems with the oven not working. of course the oven and range always seem to fail when we have guests on their way. there's no way i would buy another samsung stove. my mother bought an lg stove years ago and hasn't had a single issue. when it does work, however, it works well. but it's unreliable.

Heat Sensor on oven broke after just over a year

We have had this oven/range for just over a year and already the oven doesn’t work. the heat sensor (error c-20) is being shown. none of our local repair people will come out because they say its very difficult to get parts or support from samsung. we are so upset as this is just out of warranty.

Panel melted after broiler use.

the panel melted after broiler use!!!! i called for service as it was still under warranty and was told there was no service center in my area and basically out of luck.. been living with a melted panel and now months later the oven won't come on. i'm beyond disappointed. called samsung again as this seems like an issue if you read reviews. i assume not everyone broils or i bet the reviews would reflect this a lot more.
