Cooking surface has 6 sealed dual-ring brass burners with a total output of 120,000 BTU. 20K dual-ring burner for boiling or searing and is able to perform simmering like melting chocolate or sauces, Continuous heavy-duty cast-iron grates allow for easily sliding pots or pans off heat when desired. The cumulative capacity 5.36 cu. ft. double gas ovens with a total output of 32,000 BTU are encased in a blue enamel interior. A optional convection fan ensures to achieve fast, precision and consistent oven cooking along for easy viewing are 3-layer glass oven door windows. Included are 3 fully telescopic easy access stainless steel oven racks, concave Wok Ring and LP conversion kit. Additionally, zinc coated metal knobs with bezel rings will maintain their beauty for years. All FORNO products come with a 2 year warranty.
