Motor pump assembly dead

we purchased this dishwasher 3 years ago. it has been okay, with a couple small issues, until now. the motor assembly is cooked. it will cost $345 to fix a 3 year old dishwasher. that is slightly less than what we paid.. samsung does not stand by their product. we use our dishwasher every other to third day, so it definitely hasn’t been pushed to the limit. this is the third samsung product that has let us down. never again will i purchase samsung.

leaves the dishes almost dripping wet. i have to leave the door open or dry by hand. we have a 2yr old so guess what we do for safety reasons. the design should have been tested better. a let down

Complete Disappointment

This is by far the worst dishwasher we have ever owned. We have had nothing but performance issues on this and have had service out 3 times and also replaced it 3 times. The machine is simply a horrible unit with a bad design. The racks are clumsy and impossible to push in smoothly, the unit smells of motor grease (not food smells) from the time you open the box. The thing smells so bad you can't hardly run it while in the house. On top of that, the machine does a horrible job at cleaning. You cannot fill the whole unit as the sprayers do not reach the corners and edges. You can only strategically load the middle of the racks. If that isn't bad enough, it is so LOUD you cannot even talk over it in the same room. Requesting service is a pain and the technicians don't know anything about this unit so they can't fix it. They just replace it. My assumption is they will replace it until the warranty runs out and we are stuck with it as is forever or forced to buy a new one. DO NOT BUY THIS UNIT!
