my 2year old samsung dryer drum is cracked already. repair cost will exceed $400 and samsung was gracious enough to tell me there is nothing they can do. completely lost faith in the samsung brand!

14 Months old and its broken!

after only 14 months, it failed. it doesn't stop! i have to leave the door open or disconnect the dryer. is this the quality i should be expecting from samsung?

2 major repairs needed in 2 years. the first was a new belt in april 2019 and now the drum needs to be replaced because it has cracked.

RECOMMENDATION ... do not install it yourself.....we installed it following exactly what the manual said and we did not have good results when turning on it makes too much noise and with the washing machine the problem is worse..... I RECOMMEND IT BUT WITH A PROFESSIONAL!!!! I called samsung and in a few words they told me that they can not do anything anymore and they sent me with BEST BUY professionals :(
