I am very happy with the performance of the machine but I should have asked more questions before purchasing. This model does not have a dispenser for fabric softener.

Works great, but noisy.

No agitator is a plus. Sounding like the worm drive on the "Red October", not so much. Wish it would put a bit more water in the tub with the clothes.

Man, got a beautiful machine, but it stopped working. Makes a weird clank noise and then shuts down. Called the customer service, all she says is that she can send a worker out to looked at it for darn near 50% of what I paid for the machine…… yeah, never again. You got me though. I’d much rather have a loyal customer than a little sale, but that’s just me

Easy install. All parts that were needed were with both washer and dryer. Got my clothes squeaky clean and dried.
