Would give 0 stars if that was an option. This washer is and has been garbage since the very beginning but we didnt have a way to get it back to the store to return it. The only usable cycles are Delicate and Bedding otherwise the drum just about jumps out of the machine. It shakes violently and thats before and after it has rebalanced. The door later begins to crack and break apart.

Love the washer and dryer I bought. Easy to use. Like all the features. Only problem Ive had is that the soft close washer lid sticks. Ive tried WD40 but no good. There is something in the mechanism. It irritates me but is not worth the cost of repair. Otherwise am satisfied with products.

This pandemic purchase worked well for two years until it actually shocked me: the wiring harness fell into the tub and gave me a nasty shock when I tried to remove my wet laundry. Looks like a design flaw. LG seems nonchalant about my experience.

We bought this a couple of years ago and hadnt ran into any problems until recently. We live in an area with very hard water so our machine had been starting to have a very unpleasant odor. When I called customer service all the suggestions they made We had already been doing. Except we were told the tablets to clean the tub once a month are supposed to be Tide washing machine cleaners not afresh or any other tablets. If you use any other cleaners I suggest using the tide and with your laundry using laundry sanitizer. Thanks for answering all my questions and for the tide recc.
