Terrible customer relations.

I bought a washer/dryer combo and after 3 1/2 years the machine would no longer dry the clothes. I had technician come 5 times and replaced 5 parts and the dryer could not be fixed. I was promised a 20 rebate on a purchase for a new washer and dryer. I only received 10.

Have had this combo for 2-3 years now Love the features. The fact that I can do a hand wash to a quick load or a wash and dry and forget all in one I dont spend as much as going to the laundromat as I use to Love that it come with the warranty and my added as well Everything was quick and easy No hassles
