This Top Freezer Refrigerator Ice Maker Assembly includes the items required to add an ice-making feature to your current refrigerator. This complete kit includes (1) ice maker assembly, (1) shut off arm, (1) water valve, (1) fill tube and installation instructions. This is an accessory that can be used across most major brands; check to see if your model number is compatible.Installing this accessory will require basic hand tools, minor disassembly of the refrigerator and novice repair experience. Be sure to unplug the refrigerator or shut off the house circuit breaker for the appliance before installing this kit. You must also turn off the water supply to the refrigerator before installation. Recommended Item: You may also need a Water Line Installation Kit (item 8003RP) to complete this installation.
