6 months and the door are falling off long term

the doors making squking noise and warrety calim has been raised. there is a wired issue where something is getting rubbed agnst the door hinge and there are metal shavings found when the techinican removed the door. he said he need to remove to the part of the door to make that squec stop and cause more damage to the door. the plastic part that needs to be removed is intergated into the door and he suggested removing it which didn't make any sense and he warned me if we don't remove it will cause the entire door to fial. huge issues with all the door and samsung knows the issue with the door yet they act like they dont care. the technician played games and not able to fix the issue.

this a great product! it has an amazing amount of space and the flexibility of using one section for either fridge or freezer is genius and a great bonus. love the permanently-filled jug and the fast-flowing water dispenser - tall enough for our tallest water bottle! the lighting is lovely - enabling you to see everything clearly. the minus one star is for the delivery. when we ordered the machine on samsung.com, they said it would be delivered in three days - yippee! it stayed at this date until 8:40pm the evening before 'delivery' when it magically, without any explanation, moved to another 10 days out. eventually, two weeks after the initial date, it was installed. luckily, we love it !

i ordered this fridge, and when it was delivered, it had no glass panels. no biggie, i just accepted the extra four hundred dollar cost for paneling. but when i go to checkout, it tells me that it won't install in my zip code. even though i just had the fridge installed. so i contact customer service, first through chat, then phone. though they tried, they accomplished nothing and finally started passing me off to someone else, who transferred me to someone else, and on. and on. and on. for days. same thing, over and over. i've been a customer service representative before, so i never take out my frustration on them. this is solely samsung's issue if they can ship a fridge but have no way of getting panels to someone who just bought it.
