I purchased a refrigerator and stove. I love love love them both. The finish is spectacular. The ice make on the refrigerator is a little loud but that is the only thing I have negative to say about it. The stove is phenomenal! It heats up quick!

Ice maker and water filter failure

We purchased this for the remodel of our kitchen and could not be more disappointed. The ice maker water inlet hose continually freezes inside the ice maker compartment causing a constant need to thaw the unit in order to get 1, maybe 2 trays of ice made before it happens again. Also, just replaced the water filter 1 day ago with the exact same filter as the original and opened the fridge the next morning to find 2 shelves covered in water. Upon further investigation, the water is leaking out of the back of the filter receiver cup where the hoses attach. This fridge has been nothing but problematic and we are beyond disappointed with it as well as Frigidaire. Would be nice to see them stand behind their failure and correct the issue but I doubt that will happen here. DO NOT purchase this unit from Frigidaire/Electrolux unless you want to deal with constant service and failures.

A repairman will be making his third trip to try to repair this. The ice maker has not worked correctly since we first purchased it. Plus I have lost an enormous amount of food from the refrigerator because it froze. If it is not fixed this week I want it replaced as soon as possible. (Understand why the product has been discontinued, it is horrible.)

From initial delivery, issues with ice maker and freezer door. Ice maker donut rubber seal did not seal, so there was a leak inside the fridge. Freezer door makes a loud click when opening. Best freezer I've ever had though, ice cream is hard. And the black stainless is very sexy, for a fridge.
