Very disappointed we love the looks and style of our refrigerator. BUT IT'S ALREADY BROKEN GIT A REPAIRMEN COMING FRIDAY.Water filter is leaking and spraying ot water when using .Starred leaking 2 months after purchase.

I totally love my new fridge the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is there is quite a noise whoever the ice maker is working. This is a replacement because the first one was dented and the ice maker in the first one did not make this noise. Not sure if anything can be done with it yet.

Was delivered on July 10th, took 2 days to reach 40 deg. July 13 temp was 50 degs.Called for service, service tech. July 14 service tech. was out and could not find problem, was cooling to 44 deg. that day. July 21st arrived back from vacation temp was 60 deg. and food spoiled. Called for service again, service tech. will be coming out July 25th for service again.

I debated on this against buying the LG Counter Depth plus. Why I bought this: For the drawer that holds more "stuff." where the ice and water are located (NOT in the exterior of the door), and the counter depth puts everything in our face and within reach when I open the door. I hope food no longer is forgotten in the back of the fridge. Also, even though the LG has a bit more cubic footage, this still has more room than my old freezer on top model. Only downsides so far are the filter in the back of the crisper drawer will not attach. It keeps falling into the drawer.

Great design and features! Some minor notes include cosmetic QC checks, convertible shelf could be slightly more stable for heavier items, water dispenser needs its own lighting and the bottom freezer shelving doesn't accommodate a baguette loaf.
