I bought the LG refrigerator based on reviews and a showroom display. The unit is especially well designed for senior citizens. The most commonly used items are above the frozen food and the upper door is split to allow good access. The filter maintenance is not complicated and the interior shelving accommodates seasonal and social events. The compressor did fail sooner than expected but a warranty covered parts and a local service person completed the repair in a little more than 2 hours.

I bought this refrigerator 4years ago. It has been a welcome addition to our kitchen. Easy to clean easy to adjust and program. The capacity is amazing. We have never run out of ice that had been an issue with a prior unit. The freezer does not frost up I would buy another in a heartbeat.

The worker came and and diagnosed then return 4 days later with the partes to repair it the compressor was replaced the unit was tested and the system was up and running. He also helped me to move the unit back inside and it back to normal.

Bought thus unit in 2019 has not worked for the last month only 4 years old..would not recommend this product to any of my friends and family still waiting for a service representative to repair the unit.. my LG stove also has a problem with the oven LG products seem to have a quality assurance issue..not a happy camper

We bought this fridge 4 years ago and it stopped working. 3 weeks later 2 known parts to fail were replaced. It was terrible trying living without a fridge for 3 weeks. I dont understand how LG thinks a family functions without a fridge and freezer for 3 weeks. I would think they would try harder to gets parts to the service people faster.
