After reading the good reviews as well as the bad I decided to go ahead with this purchase. This refrigerator is replacing two much smaller units and making it easier to store and find items I use. The shelf arrangement is perfect for the sizes of things I buy regularly. The ice maker keeps up with our daily requirements and if we dont use the ice ball feature we have more storage space. So far so good. alanp

We bought this refrigerator a few weeks ago. Delivery was a major issue but not the fault of LG. The refrigerator was selected because of its capacity and LGs positive online reviews. The unit keeps the freezer at the proper temperature. The unit seems to struggle to maintain 40 inside the refrigerator. Changing the temperature setting does not impact the internal temperature of the refrigerator. Because the purpose of the refrigerator is to keep items cold 38 and this unit doesnt. So Ive rated it two stars fair.
