happy with the size of this product. fits well in our manufactured home with a upper cabinet limiting the height. my only complaint is that it makes random noise. we did not hook up the ice maker as there is no line. it makes noises from that area.

Warranty and register online needs a lot of work

i sent you the warranty info. you still show it is expired 11/30/2021 i order this on 11/15/2021 and got it on 11/20/2021 so 10 days warranty this sucks

we definitely needed a new refrigerator since our old one was over 35 years old and starting to fail. our new samsung refrigerator has a larger capacity and still fits into the same space. we are very happy with it.

Ice Maker is Problematic

as i read around, it seems problems with samsung ice makers is a common theme. purchased refrigerator in april of 2020. sometime in spring of 2021, ice maker ceased to function. press and hold reset button for 30 seconds did nothing, no tones. removed power for 10 minutes and plugged back in, then ice maker functioned again overnight. late july of 2021, ice maker again ceases to function. this time, again no tone from press/hold test button. remove power from unit for 2+ minutes. ice maker still not functioning. expect ice maker to function till about the time warranty expires i guess. this is the 4th samsung electronic/appliance we have purchased. 3/4 have had issues. i don't think i'll be back.

constant problems with ice/water

we have been having constant trouble w water pooling in/under the fruit/vegetable compartments since just beyond the 1yr warranty. callling customer service is no help, i was told to find a repair person in my area which i did, for $175, & he was able to defrost the ice line & noted this is a constant issue with samsung refrigerators. his advice was to empty/unplug the fridge a few times/yr to defrost it. we recently did so & it did not fix the issue. we will no longer rely on samsung for quality products as we have in the past.
