second review. just can't recommend this refrigerator. we are on our second repair request to address our fruit and vegetable bins which constantly cause our produce to freeze. our first request had to replace the main pub and the tech said this model has issues and to expect further work needed. well, here we are still having issues and will need a second appointment to address. we have only had the refrigerator 8 months and first repair was after 5 months (would have been sooner, however, tought to find service during covid). warranty is good until 12/2021, and i am hopeful it can be fixed or samsung deems this one a lemon and replaces.

my item arrived damaged in delivery and i didnt notice because the plastic wrap covered up the damaged door. i called into support after i took off the plastic and was passed around for an hour before being told that they couldn’t do anything about cosmetic damage, even though it arrived with cosmetic damage. would not recommend samsung at all.

Great fridge as a few days ago.... Please ensure you pay for installation which is the basic of basic basic or have an expert available if possible. The delivery was a nightmare took 3 attempts smh after speaking to Samsung representatives and their contracted delivery crew

I purchased my new Samsung refrigerator and suite set installation was a breeze and I'm amazed at all the space inside for a side-by-side counter depth refrigerator. My last refrigerator was a Samsung that lasted 16 years and still works I just wanted an upgrade
