the bottom handle is poorly designed..the handle pulled away from the fridge in less then a week , I went back to the dealer and got another handle I screwed it on and don't you no it came off again inspite of our carfullness

I purchased a Frigidaire Refrigerator from Lowes 2014. One week later the noise from the freezer started .I contacted the store, lets just say too make the story shorter than necessary, I've had nothing but problems after problems. I'm on the 4th Ice maker. I would NEVER, NEVER purchase another appliance by this name.

This fridge came with our home purchase. So far it has worked great. We have plenty of space but I do wish the freezer was a little larger. Overall I'm happy with it.

Purchased on 6/1/2018 and tefrigerator has not worked - will not cool or freeze. Customer Service has supposedly assigned several companies to come out and look at but I have not heard from any of them. 4 weeks without a frigerator and counting. Called the supervisor that was asdigned to the case this morning and left a message. Giving them today to respond, then contacting consumer affairs, Better Business Bureau, local TV channels, whatever I have to do to get some response.

This is a smaller refrigerator that fits in tight places. The unit runs well and seems dependable. The unit comes with wire shelves if you like them that is fine. However, an option is glass shelves that work well. We had an ice maker installed by the dealer and the valve was leaking and had to be replaced. Once again a good basic unit if that is what you are looking for you should be happy.
