We bought 12 of the 20.4 cubic ft top freezer models for one of our newly remodeled apartment buildings in 2018. We have already had one leak refrigerant at a place that would cost more to repair than buy a new one. We have had a couple of smaller issues with a couple of others but no big trouble. I figured they would at least last 8-10 years. I won’t be going with this brand again.

We got this as a 2nd fridge. It is great - just the right size. I love the interior lighting. It is a bit noisy (thus only 4 stars) but overall a great product.

We bought this Refrigerator/Freezer from a scratch & dent appliance warehouse. We needed to replace our extra one that we have in our non-insulated garage. It is working perfectly. Haven't been through the summer yet...

Wrote a review a few months ago with "issues". The newest issue I'm having is the horrible cheap plastic door shelves. You can't put anything in there without the cheap plastic front popping off. The brackets dont even fit properly. Today was the fourth time since I've had this refrigerator (which has only been a couple of months) where the front part pops off and everything on the shelf comes flying down breaking on my kitchen floor. I am embarrassed on their behalf for selling such an expensive refrigerator that is such a piece of junk made from horrible plastic that doesnt even snap in. My shelves are warping and the stuff I have on there isn't even that heavy. Save your money and buy another product!!
