Worst TV I ever Owned

this tv had several bugs and issues as soon as the warranty expired. after two years the tv completly stopped working. not at all a fan of the one connect or the forced samsung apps that were required with the tv. overall the worst tv experience i ever had.

I have been using Samsung tv s for almost 20 years and thought that Samsung had the best TVS. i recently bought a Samsung UN 75"MU8000 from Bestbuy for almost $3000 last year but after couple of month i started noticing black dots in the middle of screen so i thought it cant be a problem with TV as Samsung is known for best picture quality but now there are black and grey lines all over the screen and when i called Samsung to report a problem i was told that i am out of one year warranty period and they cant help me they can send a authorize technician which i have to pay for fixing almost a brand new TV. when i started researching i found out there are plenty of customers with the same problem with same model and i am sure Samsung is aware of it thats why they stop selling this model.I want everyone who has same problem to consider a lawsuit as sSamsung knowingly sold a defective product and are not willing to reimburse or fix the problem. I was a loyal Samsung customer for 20 years but PLEASE NEW BIG SCREEN TVS IS NOT SAMSUNG THING BUY ANY OTHER TV THEN SAMSUNG IF YOU WANT TO BUY BIGGER THEN 55".

Expensive 75" Samsung TV less than 2 years old with bad bad picture. I'm not sure when it started but now it's too noticeable, might have started under warranty and I just didn't notice it or thought it was a connection. I bought a 40" Samsung for a different room but never again, I'm done with Samsung.

This TV is completely awesome.

I've always bought the upper end TVs. This one blows me away. The extra billion colors makes a difference along with the wonderful scaling engine. I would recommend this TV to anyone!

developed worsening vertical lines & black splotch

after 15 months, my mu8000 developed vertical lines, that worsened with time, & a black splotch in the middle. Protection plan i bought from vendor had free replacement with upgrade to Q60. New tv didnt have bothersome separate connection box that previous unit, mu8000 needed.
