Bought this less than one month ago, and from the first day i’m loving this tv, great picture, vivid colors, really large display. Excellent purchase

I had this TV since 12/2017. It has a great picture and sound quality however the connection to the internet is terrible. It connects to my router with no problems but it fails to connect to the internet sometimes even though my other devices in the same location have no problem. When it does connect the speed is extremely slow. Again I compare it with speed test done via the TV then performed with another device at same location (Laptop/Phone/etc). I usually have to use my Apps via the Xbox located under the TV because the TV does not have a connection to the Internet or its just too slow. The other issue I have seen is when my tv is connected Xfinity and there are some HD shows that have a Judder (robotic movement). For the Price you would think they would fix these issues since they have known about them for over a year according to all of the review out there.

poor communication between consumer and support teams, including repair center retail store will only offer "fair market value" when replacing TV. Samsung should offer to reimburse directly to you the price paid for the TV.

Premium UHD - you can't go wrong with this TV!

We were battling between QLED & Premium UHD, but after comparing features with price difference, we end-up getting Premium UHD 75". TV's realistic contrast, deep blacks and dark details, glare free, and simplified app UI and above all its clutter free design sealed the deal. Our TV is mounted above the fireplace in a room that has a LOT of natural light and the glare on the old LED TV was an issue for everyone for finding best seat during movie - No problemo with this TV anymore!!. No more reflections of the bay windows or the kitchen lights in the TV! The remote is sleek and cool and its super intuitive also - it recognized our Amazon Firestick, Apple TV, Harman/Kardon Soundbar, Xfinity Cabel Box in jiffy! I love this TV and would recommend to others for sure!

I previously owned the prior model in 75" and had nothing but problems. Samsung decided to replace my tv with the MU9000 and I glad they did. The first thing that I noticed was that the mounting holes on the back are in different height locations than the previous model. That caused a problem since we had custom fix the other one to the wall. The next problem was that the voice recognition does not work with directv if the connection is made via LAN cable. This will be a problem with a lot of consumers since the TV is RVU compliant with directv thus the install by directv will exclude the mini. If you plan on getting the 4K service from Directv be sure to have them connect a 4k mini to the TV, that way all the functionally should work which especially the voice recognition. Samsung Customer Service said that they are working on an update but I really doubt it. That response seems like a canned response if something isn't working. I won't hold my breath. On to the Pros.....great picture, no sound issues like my previous one, better remote.
