bought this to replace a onn 70 inch that lasted 9 months. the picture quality of the samsung is way beyond the pictire quality of the tv i replaced. the details are much more vivid. the colors are brighter and richer and the blacks are true blacks. they claim this tv compares with qled technology. well it does just that. i can clearly see why the samsung line up was rated the number one brand in tbe country. im very impressed with this product. registration and set up was super quick and easy. the built in sound system on this tv is so much better than the spund bar set up i was using on my old unit that i dont even use the sound bar now. i just use the sound from this unit. amazing product.

this 75” inch tv is the first tv ive ever bought for myself being an outdoors kinda person, but growing up around games i gotta have a great tv capable of keeping me happy with the graphics and speed of play, and this tv has blown my mind on how good the picture is. although i wish there was more than 2…… yes 2 hdmi outlets that and the speakers on the tv could be better. other than that i couldnt complain it’s almost like having a home theater with a soundbar surroundsound setup loving it!!!!

i was so excited to buy the samsung crystal uhd 75 inch tv. boy, was i wrong! the box and even your ads on this particular tv says that it works with alexa. it does not. the remote control does not have a microphone button. so i am stuck with an almost $1,000 tv that does not allow voice activation. i have a 10 year old lg that i can just say, "alexa, play adele music, and it plays adele music all day. " a brand new samsung almost $1,000 tv, and i have to go to amazon and type in what i want to hear. awful. why in the world have a 2020+ tv that does not have voice activation, and why in the heck does the box and your ad for this tv say it works with alexa??? i am not happy! no more samsungs for me.

my husband fell in love with this tv and had to have it. the picture is so clear you feel like you could walk right into the tv. we owned a 65" uhd samsung which is now in my bedroom. love this product.
