i bought the qled tv nov. 2019. i loved it! however if you're looking for a tv that should last for the price of $1799.99, i would look elsewhere. two years later, and the right side of the screen is losing color. i'm hoping i can get support for this issue, and will follow up. at first anyone who stepped into my home complimented about the quality of the picture. now they ask why the screen is half grey. i respect samsung and historically loved their products this is my second tv from them, but this doesn't make sense to me for the price. especially since i treat this tv like it's my baby. haha.

horizontal lines on half the tv went out.. only had the tv for 2 years. problem 2. it started to go into dim light for no reason. nice tv, only with a extented warranty. will not buy again

i was so happy with this tv for so long. second year, one pixel went our, which was disappointing for how much we paid for this tv. we even called samsung to see if they could send a technician to fix it. we are out of their range, so they wouldn't come out. so we figured we would just deal with it. last week we started seeing double images on the screen right in the middle of watching a video. for how much this tv costs, this should never happen.

i experienced major issues with this tv less than 3 years after buying it. after a couple visits from service technicians, i was told my tv that is in virtually brand new condition, would need a completely new screen and would cost a significant amount of money to fix. i have been a loyal samsung customer for years but i can no longer recommend buying another samsung product. customers should expect tvs they spend thousands of dollars on to be reliable products. unforunately, samsung has been unable to meet that expectation and has not made any efforts to rectify the situation.

I bought this 2 years ago and have had the video panel and master board changed once already and it is needing replacing again.
