The picture's and feature's on this TV are out of tis world!! I have owned several 4K tv's (through out my house) and I must say that this is by far the best picture quality I have had. The TV also comes with a true Smart feature meaning you can add app's easily and it also has a true web browser. My issue is with the Universal Remote (with voice command). Yes with One Connect everything is a piece of cake to setup and operate. However I started having issue's with the voice command feature o the Universal Remote the second day I had the TV. I immediately reached out to Tech Support ....and it's horrible. I've used email, telephone, chat and social media to try to get them to fix the issue and ten day's into it I'm still uninstalling reinstalling my DISH and sound bar because the remote will just randomly stop working. It's usually just the voice command but sometimes its all the feature's. And since I bought this TV for an 80 year old with bad eye's the voice command is very important as the remote without it is NOT user friendly. I was "lead to believe" that this was a new issue but a simple search of the forum's before I contacted Samsung show's this has been an issue for at least a year. I have been assured my issue will be sent to the engineer's for review.

I have had this tv now for about 8 weeks and the performance is brilliant , easy to control and set up ,and being a curved tv is good in a corner of a room, streaming the apps is quick and easy although we do have a fiba optic network, the picture on this is vibrant colours as well as the black and white shades , and just one optic and one mains lead coming from the tv itself is good neat and tidy thanks to Samsung, best top of the range tv s on the market .

excellent 4k picture and HD pictures. the tv is paired with the samsung soundbar thru the optical cable.unfortunately, there are times that the pairing does not work and i have to switch to wifi.
