I bought the tv a year ago and it has been the worst descion ever. The tv always disconnects from the WiFi even thought the WiFi works on my phone and my other devices.

Defective Just After 1-Year Warranty

Horrible! Just a couple months past its one year warranty and all of a sudden I am experiencing a software glitch. The accessibility shortcut menu reappears on the screen constantly, muting the volume and activates the voice-over feature. It's like a virus. I've done some research and apparently its a common issue with Samsung Smart TV's, particularly the MU6500 model. And instead of just providing the consumer with a software update to fix or remove the feature, Samsung technical support has no resolution. Instead, they recommend that it be serviced by a repair technician at a cost by the customer. The TV and its software is clearly defective yet the consumer is held responsible once the TV crashes. This is by far the worst TV purchase I have ever made...and with the shortest lifespan. BUYER BEWARE!! Extremely disappointed in Samsung. I will NEVER by a Samsung TV ever again. Back to Sony it is.
