this tv does not have any analog rca audio outputs so i cannot connect to my stereo.

we bought a un55tu700df from costco 6 months ago. it has worked great until last week. it stopped being able to load our main viewing app, spectrum tv. 3 other samsung smart tvs in the house work well including a 2nd floor bedroom. we worked w a spectrum tv technician over the phone trying every recommendation she was aware of including unplugging the set, updating software (was already current) and checking the ip settings that was already set to the samsung preferred setting of "8.8.8.8". were informed that there have been technical issues between this particular samsung model and spectrum. maybe costco will take it back under 1-yr warranty and undisclosed conflicts with some apps.

one star for the panel/build quality, one for the price. as for the rest, i wish i could give it negative marks. the tv has the slowest menu navigation i've seen in a long time, perhaps ever. it is so slow when you shut the tv off the audio will go on for several seconds. browsing menus means lags, overshoots, accidental app loading, etc. there is always this wait for tv to register a command and do something. it's truly a miserable experience. apps like twitch tv etc. are not available. in return, tv comes with a ton of sponsored/preinstalled tv, etc. junk. program is always on when you turn on tv, no option to browse in peace. who is this tv for? people who don't mind slow and buggy menus have cheaper chinese brands to chose from. this product is the worst of the both worlds.

it will not update. i have great wifi. tv shuts on and off by itself. my apps will not work. never had a problem with prior tvs. dont tell me to clean device. will not work properly. it freezes constantly. i just recently purchased this thing. really not a good television. paid arm and leg for this thing.

everytime i turn on my tv it says network error. for awhile i would unplug my tv and let it reconnect. now i hold down the power button 3 secs for it to reconnect. thats the only way it will come on without getting a network setting error. not happy with samsung at all.
