Very loud clicking sound

the tv display is perfect however there is a very loud clicking sound that comes from behind the tv. i have had samsung come over and repalce every part un the tv however the issue still exist. they are offering a replacement however i am almost certain it will have the same problem. the clicking sound even happens when the tv is off, it is very very annoying. i do suggest a sony tv instead, the quality from the japanese vs the korean brand definitely shows. dissapointed in you samsung for still selling this product even though people have been complaining.

nice tv for the price, good picture and easy to wall mount. the set up process is horrendous! super complicated and not intuitive at all. it’s also lacking component cable input. i would’ve tried an lg or a sony instead, but the price was too good.

look at pics 2 differnent tvs one i brougjt hkme in my suv an ome bestbuy delivered both look like trash no true black had to return the second one aswell

Huge improvements over our previous 2018 model

we previously owned a 2018 model (60") and because we not only watched it a lot in the evenings, but left it on during the day so our dog would have background noise. essentially it was on nearly 20 hours a day for 4 years. this 65" model was to replace that one. we were impressed by the improved screen resolution, thinner panel, lighter weight and the dedicated buttons on the remote were such a great addition. setup was easy and the sync with our wi-fi and all our existing streaming services was smooth. overall very pleased. we would have liked if it was on sale for maybe $100 less, then we would have given 5 stars for perceived value.

Glitch with streaming - possibly resolved

had the tv about a week and like it. however, it buffers all the streaming apps and sometimes drops them entirely. i can stream the same apps on my phone or ipad in the same room without a problem, so it's not my internet connection (which is verizon fios 1gb). samsung saw my review and put me on to their support staff who recommended a cold boot (hold power button till tv goes off and comes on again). this seemed to fix it for now, though i won't know for sure till it works consistently over time. so far so good. will update any changes. pleased with tech support response, though.
