i bought this tv at the end of 2019 and didnt get to use it much because i was always at work. when i finally was able to use it daily, the right side of the screen went dim and wont correct itself. customer service is all but useless, its almost as if theyre trying to ignore me long enough for either my warranty to expire or for me to become so frustrated that i give up on trying to get them to fix it. stil have the box and all the papers... they just deliver terrible customer service and apparently, a terrible product to go with it. last time i ever spwnd that much on a tv. my tcl was a fraction of the cost and is used way more than my bigger, more expensive samsung and ive never had a single issue with it.

As a Samsung fan I was supremely disappointed with this TV. The accessibility is so limited. Chief complaint is that small features are made difficult to access: namely "game mode" taking 15 clicks of the remote to turn on or off. It would be so simple to make features and shortcuts more easily available but they're not. Accidentally log into your Samsung account on the TV and your bombarded with "editors choice" and you other unwanted "smart" features that you cannot log off to get rid of. Lastly, and probably most pertinently for a TV: the pictures settings look terrible. Honestly game mode (raw unfiltered visuals) look much better than any default or tinkered graphics overlays that the TV offers. (I just use them at night to filter out blue light, but the edges look shoddy).

Sharp, bright display. Very good color, crisp sound, easy to use remote. A Top quality product. It's what I have come to expect from Samsung.
