Purchased 65" Class MU9000 Premium 4K UHD TV in Fen 2018. Just after one year, I started noticing issues with the network connection. It does not automatically connect with the internet and each morning I have to reset the network setting, disconnect the tv from the power outlet and pray for it to work. I have already checked my internet connection with the internet company and there are no problems with the signal strength (had a tech come over to actually come to our house and verify the connection). All other devices in my house works perfectly well and connects with the wireless network automatically except the TV. So disappointed with my purchase.

non-stop wifi connectivity problems. google and read message boards of many customers struggling with similar wifi issues. don't buy this product. also auto firmware updates does not work.

I bought this tv in June 2016, everything works fine and to my expectation until about a year ago I started to notice there are some shadows showed up at the left lower corner of the screen; I check the screen surface very carefully and found that it is not a crack or any kind of impact. Since the warranty period is over and I did not purchase the extended protection plan, I had no choice but to contact Samsung customer service on the basis that Samsung should be interested in knowing this problem which could be their manufacturing defect or their quality control problem that may affect Samsung's reputation in the future. They referred (2) contract repair shops for me to call and I called both repair shop. One shop expressed no interest at all and the other shop simply replied "purchase the extended protection plan next time". Again, this is an excellent product but please consider the protection plan

This TV replaced our 10 year old Samsung TV. There was nothing wrong with the other one, but as you get older your eyes aren't so good. The difference between the two is night and day. Great viewing from any angle, colors are brilliant and not over powering, the blacks are deep and bring out details we had never seen before. All the apps that come with it are so easy to use and setup. I could go on but the only thing I can say is it doesn't disappoint!

Should have got the qled for the price. Using Samsung's new slow motion camera on my s9 I realize the oled from another company is seemless.. my mu9000 ... let's just say the motion rate on the oled is really seemless... lol still love my Samsung tv.. it was expensive though..
