Knowing I will never purchase Samsung again

65" class tu700d 4k crystal uhd hdr smart tv (2020) purchased last week of july 2021. picture has a dark shadow on rhe screen tgen approximstely 43-45 eecinds later the picure will brighten. lips not in sync with words. dont count on case managers, nor the company to do the right thing! they make prinoses they do not keep, and they love ignoring your questions as rhey talk over you to keep from you carching onto the ridiculous ststements rhey make to jusify their wrongs. even worse is a former customer service trainer and learning consultant to endire such poor people services.

worst tv experience i've ever had. it was a nice tv until a line down the screen appeared one morning. samsung refuses to fix it saying i damaged it. waste of money.

Great Picture Quality But Bad User Interface

the good* the picture quality is very good. my father-in-law has a top end samsung and the picture quality of his is not much better than this tv. also it has pretty good sound quality as well. the bad* the user interface is horrible. initially the on screen menu was kind of slow, but it was manageable. i figured that maybe it would be fixed in future updates. however, i was wrong with that assumption. my tv finally got an update on 1/27 and the on screen menu actually got worse. it is actually almost unnavigable now. when i press the arrow keys to move from item to item there is serious lag, and sometimes the cursor doesn't move at all and then skips over three or four spaces at once. this needs to be fixed asap. until it is i would not recommend purchasing this tv.

we have owned our samsung tv for 4 months. the image is stunning and we always get compliments. navigating its content is super easy for our entire family. only concern comes in the quality of the overall product. internet connection is inconsistant at times, even though its next to the wifi router. not sure how it receives wifi signal. and overnight our tv stopped working. the backlight seems to be out and were hoping we dont have to pay an expensive repair fee when we just recently purchased the tv.

the tv is crystal clear, the apple tv feature is awesome. the wifi constantly dropping and no solution or timeline on a fix is less than meh
