ordered this tv through walmart. delivered to my home. because im building a new home it was almost 6 months before i opened it to install in my new home(it has not been moved a single time since i recieved it) unboxed it to find a cracked screen. walmart wont stand behind it because of the time period before i opened it. samsung says its walmarts problem and there warranty that i paid for definitely does not cover it. i have $20,000 worth of samsung appliances in my brand new home. pathetic.

im on my 3rd tv of this same brand. first one cracked second power switch failure. now , the third powers on fine but has lines in the picture and the tv stand legs arent the correct ones for this model. after talking to customer service for over an hour supposedly they are sending out new ones. i also had to request firmly that someone come fix a brand new tv. dont waste your time. im exhausted overall period. all my tvs are samsung never had this much hassle till this tv came about!

Broke in under a week.

i purchased this tv exactly one month ago, and this has been my experience since that time. the tv was delivered 3 days after my selected shipping date. in less than one week's time, the tv had stopped working. the soonest repair appointment was in two weeks, and the technician did a no call/no show. the earliest repair appointment is in another two weeks. to top it off, the price has dropped $400, meaning if i had waited several weeks to order i would actually get a functional tv for $400 less and two weeks sooner. do not trust a tv that breaks in under a week.
